The summer is a season for relax and sleep, at least for me my house is a good place for do that, also I really love to watch movies and series, and obviously sleep. Usually during holidays I like to do manual things, like cook, make me nail designs or learn to do things with recycled materials. Now I don´t have any plan or idea for this summer, but with the time they appear. Every summer I go with my parents to the beach, sometimes the whole family goes, and I take care of my cousins, which does not relax me at all, so in that case I prefer to stay in Santiago and see series in my home . I like to go to the north of my country, especially to Coquimbo and La Serena, I really like to eat papayas in those places, and visit Elqui Valley, it's a very relaxing place. Also the Serena beach is very large, so you can see very few people and you can not meet anyone, and in Coquimbo they sell empanadas on the beach, which is the best of that place. When I read about the drugs topic, I remembered a book that was given to us in primary school about drugs and alcohol. That book was about this elements’ prevention, but I honestly think that it doesn’t work.   I’m really addicted to tea, I love to drink tea, even though outside there are 30 Celsius degrees I can drink a hot tea. I doesn’t count as a drug abuse, but is the only I’m addicted to; I prefer tea a thousand times more than coffee. I have never tried an abuse drug, and for now I’m not interested in trying. The drugs’ effect depends on the type of drug and also on the person that consumes it, because not all organisms are the same and each one reacts differently if the person consumes something. Drugs can help sick people and can be used in treatments of different diseases, like marijuana, because it can have different benefits and is almost something normal to use it in a daily basis, it’s not seen as something bad or harmful, obviously just if it is used to h...

In the future I would like to study to get a PhD degree in Nutrition and Food, because it consist in study these types of topics about food and nutrition, integrating knowledge about human and animal nutrition, together with farming and industrial food production processes. With this I can learn to do researches of the highest levels, with the opportunity of teaching in this area, which is the most I’m interested in. This last point refers to one of my goals to teach other people about food and nutrition. Also in this PhD program a lot of things are included and mixed, for example you can choose the nutrition and another area which is the food one; therefore they can be related to medicine areas. Although I’m more interested in food part more than medicine matters. The course which I would like to participate in is nutrition and biochemistry, it seems really interesting. I would like to have a bakery, or a restaurant, I imagine it must be a very difficult and exhausting job, but it is what I would like to do since working in a company or for someone I would not like to be locked up in a place with other people working is not my thing, I prefer to have my own business even if it not easy.  It would be a work outdoors, since I like to be outside, not locked in an office, I do not call the attention to be boring all day indoor.  I would like to travel to know new things, different typos of meals, and the culture from which they come. I want to bring something new from the outside, and make it delicious, or maybe just have the excuse of going on a trip for work to go to eat.  I would like to earn money, but for that I must work a lot, since a business arises based on a lot of effort and constancy.
